Japan Internship

Are you looking for an unforgettable experience? Want to become a ski instructor working in the POWDER capital of the world? 

Our Japan Internship, partnering with the Ski Instructor Academy (SIA), will guarantee you your dream job in Japan for the winter season. 

Immerse yourself in a comprehensive month long training journey spanning two continents where you will develop dynamic skills while learning to become a professional ski instructor on the perfect pistes of the Kitzsteinhorn glacier in Austria and the wonderful and wacky world of Rusutsu Resort in Japan. 

You will learn the ropes of what it takes to be a ski instructor and receive expert guidance from the SIA as you prepare for your exam in Austria. Upon completion of your exam all of the course participants will travel, along with some of your trainers to Japan. Here you will embark upon the Rookie Academy Job Ready Camp gaining real life experience as we set you up for success as a first time ski instructor.  

After your training and exams are complete you will head off to work in one of Japan’s top snow sports schools in either Hokkaido (North Island) or Honshu (Main Island). 

Don’t fear, we’re still here. Our goal is to create the best new hire in Japan (that’s you!). After your training we stay connected and together reflect on your first lessons, helping you adapt as you learn to deliver expert and professional on snow experiences.
