  • Why I love Treble Cone

    - The terrain!! I love the gullies and the chutes. The view is also pretty special.

  • Why I love working for the Rookie Academy

    - On top of coaching motivated skiers that are keen to improve their skiing, I get to work with very talented skiers and knowledgeable coaches. I get to push myself and improve professionally. The sharing and support in between the trainers and skiers is amazing, the ambiance is friendly and fun and everyone is in a right state of mind to learn and create changes. It’s a perfect set up.

  • What’s one piece of advice to anyone trying to improve their skiing?

    - Have fun. Care less about what you look like than what you actually do on the snow!

  • What keeps you motivated to keep pushing your skiing?

    - Other skiers that inspire me. When I see someone skiing a way I like or skiing a line a certain way, it naturally motivates me to push myself.

  • What’s one of your memorable skiing experiences?

    - Skiing with the Whistler Blackcomb Demo Team at the Aspen Synchro Competition. Skiing well with my team but also seeing all the other teams having fun and sharing their season’s hard work! It was a big ski party.

  • What type of gear do you ski on and why?

    - I ski on Rossignol skis. ST sti R22 167 are my all around piste skis. They are perfect for instructor demonstration runs. Hero Master m17 are my favourite skis to go fast on a hard snow day Blackops Rally bird Ti are my freeriding skis. When the snow is soft and I want to ski the alpine, these are the best. Perfectly built and the design is so cool!
