Just wanted to drop you a line to say thanks for everything. The training has set me up a treat, both on the skiing side and for the teaching. Nakiska has turned out to be a brilliant place. It might not be the biggest hill, or have a huge variety of terrain, but what it does have is ace people, and a really nice relaxed, almost family atmosphere in the snowschool. It beats being one of over a hundred jackets at anyother resort. Also I'm getting a good mix of adults and kids, rather than just the little snot monkies at Keystone. Sunshine, Lake Louise, Fernie, and Banff are just a drive away, all free to ski, plus staff discount on food, and they really have amazing conditions for when it's time to play. For instance we had 1m of powder at Fernie last Monday and Tuesday (Coops broke himself on the Tuesday, Sprained his left MCL). As an added bonus, and this is where Nak is way better than the bigger resorts, we actually get paid to train with a CASI Level 4 instructor when we're not teaching! How good is that?! So thanks guys. I'm loving the new career. Hope one day i'll see you again. Lawrence
