Course payments can be made
by:
- By bank transfer, email
us to get our bank details.
- By Credit Card (a surcharge will be added to
all credit card payments)
Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of $2000 per person and
a signed booking form.
(Should the requested reservation be unavailable
naturally the deposit is fully refundable).
Payment of this deposit will indicate acceptance
of the following conditions.
- Final Balance due 30 days prior to course start
date.
- Client Cancellation within 30 days of course
starting. No Refund of Final Balance.
- Must be 18 years old, or in your 18th year.
- The Rookie Academy reserves the right to modify
program details regarding dates, prices and /or
schedules in any way, without notice. The right
is also reserved to decline to accept, cancel
or withdraw any client. Refunds cannot be made,
under any circumstances, for services, accommodation,
instruction, lift passes and functions not utilized.
An itemization of costs will not be rendered.
The Rookie Academy accepts no responsibility for
any accidents, damage, loss, injury, sickness,
death, cancellation, delay, detention, deviations,
war strikes, quarantine or other unforeseen events.
- The Rookie Academy sets high standards and
expects similar standards from its clients. The
Rookie Academy, in its sole discretion, reserves
the right to terminate participation with no refund
of Course fees.
Note: We consider travel insurance essential
and advise that this be taken out when booking flights.
