7 Week Intensive BASI ISIA Training Course and Exam, Wanaka, New Zealand

Training and sitting a BASI ISIA Technical and Teach certification exam in New Zealand offers you an unrivalled opportunity. Snow might be in short supply in the Northern hemisphere...But you can gain valuable experience and a desirable level of certification for working in Europe or other countries that recognize ISIA standards.

Course Requirements:
  • Successful completion of the Snowboard Level 2. 
  • 200 hrs Teaching Experience*
  • Come to the course fit and ready to ride a lot. Rookies typically clock up 120,000 vertical meters over their 7 week course

Inclusions:

  • Season pass to Treble Cone ski area 
  • 165 hours of on snow training 5 hours a day - 4 days per week
  • 2 week BASI ISIA technical exam and 1 week BASI ISIA teaching

*200 hrs teaching experience must be completed between successful completion of the Level 2 Instructor qualification and commencement of the Level 3 ISIA Technical or Teaching courses. Hours must be submitted to the BASI office 2 weeks prior to attending these courses.
