ski instructing? This 4 week CSIA training course gives you intensive
training designed to turn you into the sort of ski instructor you want
to be.

time at the Academy. These practical, industry driven courses cover a
comprehensive range of technical skills and teaching techniques. At the Academy
expect to:
- Ski a lot! Rookies typically clock
up 60,000 vertical meters of skiing over their 4 week course
- Learn the art of movement analysis and
develop your eye for spotting good and bad technique in yourself and your
students
- Improve your physical and snow-specific
fitness and learn how to protect your most valuable asset (your body) by
keeping yourself in the best physical condition for your on-snow career
- Develop your own network of
snow-professionals as you become part of the Rookie Alumni

Gain equivalency for your foreign certification and be eligible to sit the CSIA full certification level 3 courses.
Your qualifications will be taken into consideration when your
application is being reviewed. Once you are granted equivalency, you
will be considered a CSIA Foreign Affiliate Member. You may not be
considered as a Regular Member until you have taken an appropriate CSIA
certification course. Once you have successfully completed this course,
your status will be changed to Regular Member. Taking the next level of
CSIA certification is beneficial for all members. By successfully
completing these advanced courses for CSIA certification, you can obtain
international recognition and increased standing as a ski instructor.
